How do I set my working hours?
Set your hours from My schedule in the calendar: a default weekly template, per-day adjustments, lunch break, and public holidays.
Updated on July 3, 2026
Your working hours are set from the My schedule section of the calendar (sidebar), reachable without leaving the grid. You can define a default weekly template, adjust a specific day, manage your lunch break, and close public holidays or vacation periods.
Set your default week
From My schedule > Edit default week, configure the template that applies to all your future weeks: for each day, toggle it as working or off, then add your working slots. This template is the base for every slot offered when creating an appointment.
Adjust a specific day
For a given day (a one-off exception that doesn't touch your default week), use My schedule > Edit day or the edit pencil in the calendar's day view. You can:
- Toggle the whole day to off.
- Add, edit, or remove slots (work, break, unavailability).
- Repeat that setting over several following days.
An unavailability that overlaps an appointment already booked blocks the save: clear the appointment first. Shrinking your hours in a way that leaves an appointment outside the new window only triggers a warning, it's your call.
To adjust a whole week instead of a single day, use My schedule > Edit week: same logic, with the option to repeat the setup over several following weeks.
Manage your lunch break
Click directly on the lunch break block shown on the grid to open quick edit: adjust the start and end time, then save. A break that would overlap an appointment or another break is refused at save time.
Block a one-off slot
To close a time range or a whole day outside your usual hours (personal appointment, unplanned event), use Block from the calendar toolbar. Choose between the whole day or a specific time range, with an optional reason. The blocked range shows up grayed out on the grid.
Close public holidays and vacation periods
From My schedule > Public holidays & closures, turn on the toggle to automatically close French public holidays every year (you can uncheck a specific holiday if you choose to work that day). You can also add custom closures, for a single day or a date range, for your recurring time off.
Edge cases
You don't see the ranges outside your hours on the grid. That's expected, they're grayed out by default. Turn on the Show unavailability toggle in the Artists sidebar to make them visible.
You want to close a day but appointments are already booked on it. The system warns you before you reopen a public holiday that already carries appointments, but nothing is canceled automatically: handle those appointments yourself if needed.
An exception on a specific day only applies once. It doesn't overwrite your default week: each one-off adjustment stays local to the chosen date, your default week keeps applying on other weeks.
