How do I block a slot or set an unavailability?

From the calendar, open the + New menu and choose Block time: pick the whole day or a time range, add a reason, and the grid grays out right away.

Create an appointment from the calendar by clicking a free slot or the + button, pick the client and service, then confirm the deposit if needed.

How do I handle a no-show?

Mark an appointment as no-show from its detail view when the client doesn't turn up: the status becomes final and the slot frees up.

Set your hours from My schedule in the calendar: a default weekly template, per-day adjustments, lunch break, and public holidays.

How do I show my lunch break in the calendar?

Your lunch break shows automatically in the calendar based on your working hours. Click the block to adjust it for a specific day without touching your usual schedule.

How do I switch between week, day, and artist views?

Switch between week and day view from the calendar toolbar, navigate with the arrows or the mini calendar, and pick which artist columns to show from the sidebar.

What do the calendar statistics measure?

The stats bar above the grid shows the number of appointments and the projected revenue for the visible period. It updates every time you change date or view.

What happens when a client cancels?

Canceling an appointment sets its status to canceled for good; the confirmation screen recaps any deposit paid before you confirm.
