How do I customize my message templates?
From Settings > Templates, turn each client email on or off, then edit its text (subject, paragraphs, buttons) in the dedicated editor.

From Settings > Templates, you'll find the list of every automated email sent to your clients (booking confirmation, reminder, quote, deposit, cancellation, review request...). For each one, you can turn it on or off, and edit its text in a dedicated editor.
View and enable your templates
Each row in the list shows the channels involved, the template's name and description, with an on/off toggle. A disabled template simply stops being sent to your clients, without deleting its customized content.
Edit a template's text
Clicking a row opens the editor with an editable field for each part of the text: the subject, the greeting, the content paragraphs, and the button labels. You can preview the final result, in both desktop and mobile versions.
- A "Customized" badge appears as soon as you've edited a block.
- The "Reset to default" button restores the original text across the whole template.
- The design, layout, and dynamic blocks (appointment card, amounts, links) stay managed automatically, you only edit the text.
What you can insert
Some fields show variables in curly braces (like the client's first name or the appointment date): they're filled in automatically when sent, keep them as they are in your text.
Edge cases
A template shows "Coming soon". This template doesn't have a content editor available yet: its text stays the default one for now.
You can't find the language selector. It's hidden for now, all templates are currently in French.
You want to undo a change without resetting everything. Close the editor without saving: as long as you haven't confirmed, your changes aren't saved.
What's next
If you customize the appointment reminder, also check your notification settings to make sure that reminder goes out at the right time.
