How do I export my data or delete my account (GDPR)?
From Settings > My account, export your personal data in one click or request account deletion from the danger zone at the bottom of the page.
Updated on July 3, 2026
From Settings > My account, you'll find two actions tied to your personal data: exporting all of your data into a downloadable file, or requesting full deletion of your account, at the very bottom of the page in the danger zone.
Export your data
The export section lets you download a file containing your personal data as saved on your account. It's read-only: the export doesn't change anything on your account, you can do it at any time with no consequences.
Delete your account
The "Delete my account" button sits in the danger zone, at the bottom of the My account page. Before opening the confirmation, the app checks your subscription status.
- If your subscription is active, in trial, or recently cancelled but with a paid period still running, deletion is blocked: a message explains why and sends you to manage your subscription.
- If nothing blocks it, a confirmation window opens to validate your deletion request.
Edge cases
The delete button is greyed out or blocked. Check your subscription under Settings > Subscription: a paid subscription still active, or an already-paid period still running, prevents deletion until it's over.
You just cancelled your subscription but deletion is still blocked. That's expected if the already-paid period hasn't ended yet: deletion becomes possible again once that period is over.
You just want a break, not a permanent deletion. Look at cancelling your subscription instead, under Settings > Subscription: your data and your studio stay intact if you change your mind.
What's next
If an active subscription is blocking your request, go manage your subscription to cancel it before coming back to finish deleting your account.
