How do I change the language and formats?
From Settings > Language and region, choose your interface language, then adjust date format, time format, currency, and first day of the week.

Everything happens from Settings > Language and region: you choose your interface language, then adjust the date format, time format, first day of the week, currency, and number format. Format changes apply immediately across the whole app.
Change the interface language
Select your language from the dedicated menu. This change applies once you save the page, and updates every label across your dashboard.
Adjust the formats
A dedicated, collapsible section groups the regional settings:
- Date format and time format (12h or 24h).
- First day of the week, useful for how your calendar displays.
- Currency and number format.
- Units of measurement.
Unlike the language, these format settings apply in real time as soon as you change them, without waiting for a save: you see the effect on the app immediately as you adjust.
Edge cases
The date format shown doesn't match what you expected. Check the format selected in the Regional formats section, it drives the display across the whole dashboard, including the calendar and invoices.
You can't find a setting for your clients' default language. This option isn't available in the interface yet: it will come in a future update.
What's next
If you use message templates to communicate with your clients, keep in mind that their language is set separately, within the templates themselves.
