How do I manage my Sweb subscription?
From Settings > Subscription, compare plans, switch plans, view your invoices, and manage cancellation or reactivation.
Updated on July 3, 2026
Everything happens from Settings > Subscription: you can see your current plan, switch to another one, view your invoices, and manage cancellation or reactivation of your subscription, without going through support.
View your current plan
The page shows your current plan, your next billing date, and your payment method. Updating your payment method happens through the secure billing portal, one click away from this page.
Switch plans
You can compare the available plans and switch between them at any time. Before confirming, a window shows the exact amount that will be charged, prorated for the time already paid on your current cycle: no surprise on the amount.
View your invoices
The billing history lists every invoice with its amount and status, and lets you download the matching PDF.
Cancel or reactivate your subscription
The cancel button opens a window where you state the reason for leaving, with an optional field for more details. If your subscription is already scheduled to end, a message offers to reactivate it in one click, without re-entering your payment details.
Edge cases
Your payment failed (expired card, bank decline). You can still cancel your subscription if you want: this case is not blocked.
You want to delete your account. An active or recently cancelled subscription can block full account deletion until the paid period is over. The dashboard clearly explains why if that's your case.
The Cancel button has disappeared. If your subscription is already scheduled for cancellation, that's expected: the reactivation banner takes its place until you confirm you want to keep it going.
What's next
If you switch plans, check that your payment collection methods (Stripe, cash...) still match your studio's needs in Payment settings.
