Should I choose Solo or Business?
Solo suits an independent artist, Business a studio with a team. You choose at sign-up and can change later on.
Updated on July 3, 2026
The Solo plan targets an artist who works alone, the Business plan a studio with several artists or a team to manage. You choose at sign-up, with a monthly or annual rate, and you can change later from the Subscription page.
Difference between the two plans
Both plans give access to the dashboard, calendar, cash register, and payments. The difference is in team management and some advanced options.
- Solo: built for an independent artist who manages their own booking.
- Business: built for a studio, with management of several artists.
Some options, like split payment with Klarna for your clients, are only available on the Business plan. For the exact, up-to-date difference between the two plans at any given time, the plan selection page at sign-up and the Subscription page in your settings always show the current version.
Monthly or annual billing
On the plan selection screen, a toggle switches between monthly and annual billing. The annual rate shows the savings compared to monthly. The amount actually charged is always the one confirmed by the system at the time of payment.
Changing plans after sign-up
Nothing is set in stone at sign-up. From Settings > Subscription, you can compare plans at any time and switch from one to the other. The dashboard shows you a preview of the exact amount before you confirm, taking into account time already paid on your current cycle.
Edge cases
You're torn between the two. Start with the plan that matches your current situation (solo or team): you can switch without losing your data or your setup.
You're on a trial. If you were offered a free trial, your card is saved but no charge happens until the trial ends. Billing starts normally at the next renewal.
You want a custom plan. The "Custom" option at sign-up sends you straight to our team, skipping online payment.
What's next
Once your plan is chosen and payment confirmed, you move on to setting up your account, then your studio.
