What should I do during my 14-day trial?
Complete the setup guide on your dashboard: studio, hours, payments, first service, and use your trial to actually test the app under real conditions.
Updated on July 3, 2026
On your first login, the dashboard shows a setup guide with a checklist of steps to complete (studio, hours, payments, service, Instagram). Follow it in the suggested order: each step opens a dedicated panel, and once every required step is done, you get access to the full dashboard.
Following the setup guide
The guide shows a progress bar and a list of steps. The current step expands automatically, with a button to open the corresponding panel. You can close it and come back later, the guide picks up where you left off, including on a step with several sub-parts like the studio setup.
The required steps cover:
- Your studio: address, hours, legal information, public profile.
- Your hours (or your team's, if you run a multi-artist studio).
- Your payments: connecting Stripe, or explicitly choosing not to take payments online.
- A first service: at least one offering with its price.
- Instagram (or Google My Business depending on your setup): connecting or voluntarily skipping the step.
Until the guide is complete, the rest of the dashboard (calendar, clients...) stays locked: trying to access it directly brings you back to the current step.
Once the guide is finished
A celebration screen confirms the required setup is done. After that, a carousel of optional tasks may appear on the dashboard: enriched profile, shared booking link, deposit policy set up... Nothing blocking, just suggestions to go further.
How to use your 14 days
The trial is meant to test the app under real conditions, not just to set it up.
- Finish the setup guide on day one, so you don't waste time later.
- Post your booking link in your bio to get real requests.
- Collect a real payment (deposit or sale) to see the checkout tunnel end to end.
- Watch your first numbers show up on the dashboard.
Edge cases
A step stays stuck despite a correct setup. Refresh the page: a step's validation is confirmed by the server, a short delay is normal right after saving.
You don't want to take payments online right away. The payments step offers an option to mark it complete without connecting Stripe. You can turn it on later from settings.
A step has disappeared from the guide. Some steps (Google My Business, publishing content) depend on features enabled on your account: if they're not active, the step simply doesn't show up.
What's next
Once the guide is finished, take a look at your dashboard's home page to understand where to find your numbers and today's appointments.
