How do I create my Sweb account?
Sign up with your email, a Google login, or SMS, choose your plan, then set up your account: you're ready in a few minutes.
Updated on July 3, 2026
You create your account from the sign-up page, using your email (a code sent by email), Google, or your phone number depending on what's enabled. After choosing your plan and completing payment, you finish with your first name, last name, and handle, and your account is active.
Choose your sign-up method
On the sign-up page, you have several ways to create your account.
- Email: you receive a 6-digit code to enter, no password to remember.
- Google: a window opens and connects your account in one click.
- SMS: depending on your setup, a code by SMS may also be offered.
Before continuing, you check the box accepting the terms of service and privacy policy: it's required, nothing proceeds until it's checked.
If an account already exists with your email, the app detects it automatically and logs you in instead of creating a duplicate.
Choose your plan and pay
Once your email is validated, you land on the plan selection screen (Solo, Business, or Custom). You can pay monthly or annually. Payment goes through a secure card form. If you arrived via an invitation or a promo code, your discount applies automatically.
Finish setting up your account
After payment, you enter your first name, last name, and a unique handle (letters, numbers, hyphens, or periods). Handle availability is checked live: a green light confirms it's free, a red light suggests alternatives if it's already taken.
Once validated, your account is active and you're redirected to your dashboard, where the studio setup guide is waiting for you.
Edge cases
You didn't receive your code. Check your spam folder, then request a new code from the page.
Your handle is already taken. Pick one of the suggestions offered or a variation on your name.
You're in a limited-access period (beta). Sign-up may require an invitation link. Without it, you're redirected to a waiting page until your access opens up.
Payment fails. Check your card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us.
What's next
Once your account is created, head to choosing the plan best suited to your business, then setting up your studio on first login.
