What is the dashboard home page for?

The dashboard brings together your monthly numbers, today's calendar, your pending requests, and the urgent actions to handle, all on one screen.

Updated on July 3, 2026

The dashboard is your daily home page: it brings together your key numbers, today's calendar, your pending requests and deposits, and the actions that need your attention. The idea is to see everything at a glance as soon as you arrive, without navigating between several pages.

The key numbers bar

At the top of the page, four numbers summarize your activity: your estimated revenue, your new requests, your pending deposits, and your total number of appointments. You change the displayed period (day, month, year) via the selector on the right of the bar.

Today's calendar

Just below, a horizontal scroll shows your appointments for the day with the time, client, service, and price. The nearest appointment is highlighted. On a past appointment that hasn't been handled yet, a small menu lets you mark it done, no-show, or cancelled directly from the dashboard, without opening the full calendar.

Projects and requests

A tabbed table lists your new project requests and your deposits pending collection. You can open the conversation with a client or go straight to their record from a row.

Actions required

A last section groups everything that needs you right now: a work session to finalize, a deposit to follow up on, or your most urgent cash register closing. This section only shows up if there's actually something to handle, otherwise it stays hidden.

Edge cases

The dashboard shows a setup guide instead of my numbers. Your onboarding isn't finished yet: complete the required steps to unlock the full view.

A value shows a dash instead of a number. A piece of data is temporarily unavailable (network error or no data for the period). It's never a blocking error, try again by changing the period or refreshing.

The Actions required section has disappeared. That's normal if you have nothing pending: it only shows up when there's a concrete action to handle.

What's next

To go further than this daily summary, head to the Analytics page to read your numbers in detail over time.
