How do I add an FAQ to my public page?
Add your frequently asked questions from your profile: they show up on your public page and answer for you before the first message even arrives.
Updated on July 3, 2026
Your FAQ is managed from Profile, in the dedicated block between your legal information and your recent posts. Every question you add shows up on your public booking page, saving your clients from asking you the same questions by message.
Adding a question
In your profile's FAQ block, enter a question and its answer, then save. It appears right away on your public booking page, in the order you created it.
Editing an entry
Click an existing question to edit it directly, both the question text and the answer text. A Ctrl+Enter shortcut (or Cmd+Enter on Mac) saves without having to click the button.
Reordering your questions
A drag handle next to each entry lets you reorder your FAQ. Put the questions you get most often first (pricing, response time, deposit) so they stand out as soon as someone lands on your page.
Deleting a question
The trash icon next to each entry removes it permanently from your FAQ and your public page.
What to put in your FAQ
Cover the questions that come up most in your DMs: deposit policy, response time for a request, areas you don't tattoo, minimum age, minimum price in studio. A well-filled FAQ cuts down the number of messages before a client actually takes action.
Edge cases
My FAQ isn't showing up on my public page. Make sure your profile has fully loaded before judging: the block updates as soon as you save, otherwise refresh your public page.
I want to automate replies even more. Your FAQ answers upfront on your public page. For messages that come in anyway, your messaging AI can suggest a reply based on the recurring information you've given it.
I deleted a question by mistake. Deletion is permanent, you'll need to recreate it manually.
