How do I share my booking link?
Find your booking link in Settings > Online booking: copy it, scan the QR code, or share it directly to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Your booking link is in Settings > Online booking. You can copy it, generate its QR code, or share it directly to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, in one click.
Where to find my link
The sharing block shows your full URL (in the format sweb.so/book/your-handle), a button to copy it, and a QR code. This link is based on your public handle, the one you chose in Settings > My account. If you change your handle, the link changes with it, so update your online bios after a change.
Copying the link
Click the copy icon next to the URL: it goes to your clipboard and a message confirms the action. If automatic copy-paste doesn't work (it happens on some browsers), the field stays selectable: click inside it, then copy-paste manually.
Scanning the QR code
A QR code is generated automatically next to the link. Handy for:
- printing it on a business card or flyer in your studio,
- displaying it at reception so walk-in clients can book directly,
- pasting it onto a post or story as a photo.
Sharing on social media
Three shortcuts are offered below the QR code.
- Instagram and TikTok copy the link to your clipboard (these platforms don't allow opening a direct share from the web). Paste it into your bio or story afterward.
- Facebook opens the Facebook share window directly with the link pre-filled.
You can also generate an image ready to post as a story (1080x1920 format, with your name, your @handle, and the QR code built in) via the asset download button, available on the links for your individual services and flashes.
Link for a specific service or flash
Besides the general link to your profile, each service or flash has its own booking link (a "Share" button on its listing). It opens the same kind of popover: short URL, long URL, QR code, and image download. Handy for promoting a specific flash rather than your whole profile.
Edge cases
The link doesn't show up. While your profile loads, the sharing block may stay empty for a moment. If it stays empty, check that your public handle is properly set in Settings > My account.
The link returns a 404 error. Check that you're sharing the link shown in the app, not an old URL saved elsewhere (notes, old posts). If you've changed handle recently, old links stop working.
I want to change my link. Head to Settings > My account, public handle section: you can check a new handle's availability in real time before confirming.
