How do I temporarily close my bookings?
Flip the Online booking toggle in Settings to block new requests in one click, without touching the rest of your profile.
Updated on July 3, 2026
Head to Settings > Online booking: the first toggle at the top of the page closes or reopens your booking. Turned off, your public profile stays visible but clients can no longer book directly, they have to contact you by message.
Closing your booking
In Settings > Online booking, turn off the toggle at the top of the section. Save via the bar that appears at the top of the page. Online booking requests stop immediately, but your public page (bio, portfolio, flashes, FAQ) stays available as usual.
What keeps working
Closing your booking only cuts off online appointment scheduling. Your public page, your gallery, your flashes, and your FAQ stay visible. A client can still contact you by message, you just keep control over whether to accept them.
Why close temporarily
The most common cases: a calendar already full for several weeks, vacation or time off, or simply needing a break without receiving new online booking requests while you catch up.
Reopening
The same toggle, once turned back on, immediately restores online booking according to your usual settings (notice period, advance window, auto-confirmation). Nothing needs to be reconfigured.
Edge cases
A client insists on booking while it's closed. That's expected, the online booking form is no longer accessible while the toggle is off. Redirect them to a message if you still want to fit them into the calendar manually.
I want to keep track of interested clients while closed. Turn on your waitlist: it lets you collect requests and offer a slot as soon as one frees up, without having to reopen your whole booking.
I only want to close certain days, not my whole booking. That's a different setting: block the relevant slots directly in your calendar instead of turning off online booking entirely.
