How do I check out a sale at the register (POS)?
Add your items to the cart, pick the client, check out through the payment tunnel. The NF525 fiscal receipt is generated automatically on confirmation.

From the register (/pos), add your items to the cart, attach a client if needed, then tap Checkout. The payment tunnel opens, you pick the payment method or methods, confirm, and a numbered fiscal receipt is generated automatically.
Open the register and fill the cart
The register opens full screen, built for tablet and mobile. You'll find your grid of services and flashes, today's appointments, and your cart docked on the right (as a bottom sheet on mobile).
- Tap a service or flash tile to add it to the cart.
- A free-amount item is available via the custom price option, handy for anything outside your catalog.
- The cart calculates pre-tax, VAT, and total amounts live as you add items.
Attach a client and a project
The cart shows a client card. Search an existing client in your address book or create a new one in a few fields. If the sale relates to a multi-session project, link it to the cart: it automatically adds the session to bill and shows the project's progress.
Check out
The Checkout button opens the payment tunnel, also reachable from a same-day appointment or an ongoing sale. Choose one or more payment methods (you can split between card and cash, for example), collect each portion, then confirm.
On confirmation, Sweb creates a numbered, tamper-proof fiscal receipt as required by French NF525 rules: this number can never change, and the receipt can never be edited afterward. You can then email the receipt to the client or generate an invoice from that same receipt.
Resume an ongoing sale
If you leave the register before checking out, your sale stays saved as an "ongoing sale." Coming back to /pos, Sweb offers to resume it, cancel it, or start a new one. Nothing is lost between two visits to the register.
Edge cases
The client has no appointment. Use the walk-in button to create a checkout without an appointment.
An hourly session is in progress. The cart button becomes "Finish & checkout": it stops the session timer and opens the payment tunnel directly with the correct amount.
You need to cancel the ongoing sale. The cancel button clears the cart cleanly, without creating a fiscal receipt, as long as nothing has been collected yet.
The client's consent form isn't signed. For a service that requires it, checkout is blocked until the health questionnaire and signature are validated.
