Where do I find my fiscal archives and audit log?
Find the fiscal archives generated by your closings in Finance > Archives, and every event's detail in the fiscal log.
Updated on July 3, 2026
Your fiscal archives live in Finance > Archives: every Z closing you generate produces a downloadable archive there. The event-by-event detail lives in Finance > Fiscal log, along with your studio's NF525 identification and the ability to verify the chain's integrity.
Fiscal archives
The Archives page lists every archive produced by your closings: each daily, monthly, or yearly closing generates its own. You can open a closing to review its detail, print it, or download the matching archive. If you haven't generated any closing yet, the list is simply empty, that's not an issue.
This page also shows your studio's NF525 identification block: legal name, SIRET, VAT number, certification number, and software version. This is the information your accountant or an auditor may ask you for.
The fiscal log (audit log)
The fiscal log records every fiscal event of your activity: sales, closings, credit notes, and more broadly anything touching the NF525 chain. You can filter it by event type or by artist, and click an event linked to a receipt to see its detail. A chain integrity check is available: it confirms nothing has been altered in your data since it was created.
Edge cases
You can't find any archive even though you've already made sales. Archives are produced by closings, not by the sales themselves. As long as no Z closing has been generated, the list stays empty even if you've already collected payments.
You want to send an archive to your accountant. Download it directly from the Archives page, the file is ready to share.
You want to verify nothing has been altered in your data. That's exactly the role of the chain check in the Fiscal log: it verifies the signature linking each closing to the previous one.
This full traceability is exactly what NF525 compliance guarantees, see NF525 compliance: what does it actually change for me?: Sweb builds and seals this chain for you on every sale, you have nothing to archive manually.
