The appointment list now has a Payment status filter, with three options: unpaid, partial, paid. You single out what you still have to collect without opening the records one by one.
Your overlapping appointments stay readable

When one appointment overlaps another in your calendar, they're no longer squeezed into thin columns: the second one sits slightly offset on top of the first, which keeps its label and time visible at the top. You spot each appointment at a glance, in day view as well as week view, even on a packed day.
Start the session from the appointment

On an appointment's detail view, a Start session button starts the timer without going through a menu: the appointment switches to in progress right away. On your phone, it spans the full width under the title; on a computer, it's the play icon in the top bar. It disappears if a session is already running, or if the appointment is finished or checked out.

A bell for your notifications

A bell now sits in the top bar. It gathers what needs your attention: new project request, appointment, payment, review, plus a Messages tab for unread conversations. You can mark everything as read in one go, and decide category by category what you receive in the app or by email.

Send a design to the client for approval

From a project's Drafts tab, the Send to client button emails your proposal, images included. The draft then moves to pending approval. The client replies through your usual channel: there's no approval flow for them in the app. When you change the project status, the draft updates on its own, to approved or revision needed.
Instagram and Messenger in your messages

Your Instagram and Messenger conversations now land in your Sweb messages, in the same place as your emails. You reply to the client without opening the Instagram app, and you can link the conversation to their client record. Instagram and Facebook require the client to message you first.
