Deactivate a client, and restore them

The Actions menu of a client record, open on the "Désactiver le client" option.

From the Actions menu of a client record, Deactivate client takes the record out of your client book without deleting anything. You'll find it in the client list, under the Archived filter, with a Restore button that puts it back when the person returns for a new tattoo. Their Sweb account isn't affected.

Import your existing appointments

Appointment import panel offering "Google Agenda", "Apple / iCloud", "Outlook" and several industry-specific software tools.

Bring in your upcoming appointments from Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook by dropping in the exported file. A review screen lets you match each line to the right client and the right service, and create a missing service without leaving the import. Nothing is sent to your clients, neither email nor SMS. If your calendar can't be exported, you enter your appointments by hand, and you can skip the step and come back to it later.

Close your bookings for a period

Form for closing bookings over a date range, in the "Fériés & fermetures" panel.

Vacation, a convention, a break: you close your online bookings on the dates of your choice, from the My planning section of the calendar. Closed days appear grayed out on the grid, and a reminder at the top of the calendar flags the current or upcoming closure. Appointments already booked during the period are kept, and you're warned if the closure covers your entire booking window.

Group your flashes, create them in batches

Flash gallery with the collection filters and the "Créer en lot" button above the grid.

You group your flashes into collections, and filters above the gallery let you switch views in one click. To add a lot of them at once, you set the parameters just once, then drop in all your images: one image makes one flash. You then adjust each line before creating, instead of opening one form per piece. It's available on both plans.
