View as MarkdownShow your experience level

You can now set your experience level on your profile: apprentice, junior, confirmed, or senior. It shows as a progress bar, and also appears in the About tab of your public booking page, where your future clients look for reference points before they book.
Upload your iPhone photos without converting them

HEIC, the format your iPhone or Mac uses for your photos by default, is now accepted everywhere you upload an image: profile, projects, certification documents. No more exporting or converting anything before sending a photo.
Your clients' Instagram account, on their record

The booking form now offers an Instagram field, between email and phone. Once it's filled in, the account shows up on the client record, and best of all: the next time that same account sends you a DM, the conversation links to the right client automatically.
Choose what you show publicly

Your hours and your address can now be shown three ways on your booking page: hidden, partial, or full. You set it from your booking settings, studio by studio.
Messenger is back in your inbox

The Messenger channel is available again from your messaging settings. You connect with your personal Facebook profile: a business Page is still required on Meta's side, but the authorization goes through your personal account. Your Messenger conversations land in the same place as your Instagram DMs.
Reorder your categories and services, create your own

From Flashes & Services > Categories, you can drag and drop a category to change its display order, and do the same with the services inside a category. The order you choose is only saved when you click Save, so you can try several arrangements before confirming.
You can also create your own custom categories, on top of the default ones (custom tattoo, piercing, consultation, cover-ups, touch-ups). Handy for a specialty, a seasonal service, or simply your own way of organizing what you offer.
Find and resend your sent quotes

Every project request now has a Sent quotes tab, right next to the content of the request. There you'll find every version of the quote you offered, from newest to oldest: the amount, the deposit, the duration, the number of sessions, your message, and the client's response.
If a client tells you they never received your quote, open the latest version and click Resend by email: they get exactly the same quote, with the same link. And once the quote is accepted and the appointment booked, a shortcut takes you straight to that appointment.
Your Instagram stories and read receipts in your inbox

When a client replies to your story, reacts to it with an emoji or mentions you in theirs, their conversation in Messages now shows the story in question: you see right away which flash they're talking about, without opening Instagram. A post they share with you also arrives with its image, and the conversation list already tells you what it's about ("Reacted to your story", "Mentioned you in their story").
Under each message you send, check marks tell you where it stands: one gray check mark when it's sent, two when it's delivered, two orange ones when your client has seen it. And photos, videos and voice messages sent from SWEB now arrive reliably on Instagram and Messenger.
