How to manage the multi-artist schedule?

The team schedule shows a grid with one column per artist, in day or week view, to see every appointment and availability across the studio.

Updated on July 3, 2026

From the team list, the Schedule button opens a collective grid where each column represents an artist, in day or week view. You can see every appointment, break, and working slot across the whole team at a glance. Depending on your plan and configuration, this view may not be available: in that case, you access your own individual schedule through "My schedule".

Open the team schedule

From the Team page, click Schedule. A toolbar lets you navigate through time, switch between day and week view, filter which artists are shown, and toggle options like showing non-working hours or a Flash Day.

Keyboard shortcuts speed up navigation: arrow keys or J/K to move through time, T to jump back to today.

Read the grid

Each column corresponds to an artist. Appointments, breaks, and working slots appear positioned along the time axis. Click an appointment to open its detail in a panel (desktop) or a sheet (mobile), with cancel and checkout actions directly available.

On mobile, a combined bottom-sheet filter groups the view, the date, the artist filter, and display options, with horizontal scroll arrows to browse through columns.

Filter the artists shown

Use checkboxes to narrow the grid down to specific artists. If no filter is applied, every visible artist is shown.

The individual "My schedule" view

If you don't have team management rights, you access your own schedule directly through "My schedule". This view is restricted to you alone: the per-artist filter controls and team settings are hidden, since you only have access to your own slots.

Edge cases

I don't see the Schedule button from the team list. This button is only visible to an owner or a manager. If you're an artist, apprentice, or receptionist, find your own schedule through "My schedule".

Some members are missing from the team schedule columns. Only artists appear as resource columns; managers and receptionists don't have a dedicated column on this grid.

Cancelling an appointment isn't offered from the schedule. This action only appears if you have the right to manage your own schedule or the team's.

I can't find the team schedule view in my menu. Depending on your plan and configuration, this multi-artist feature may not be enabled on your account. Check with your studio or contact support if you think it should be.
