Where do I find a client's history (appointments, consent forms, reviews)?
From the client record, find every past appointment, signed or pending consent forms, and reviews left, with filters and pagination.
Updated on July 3, 2026
Open a client's record from Clients, then scroll down past their contact details: you'll find the full history of their appointments, with any attached reviews, and just below it the history of their signed or pending consent forms.
Appointment history
This section lists every past appointment for the client. You can filter by status (completed, canceled, no-show), by service type, and by period (30 days, 90 days, 1 year), then sort from most recent to oldest. Clicking an appointment's date takes you to its detail.
If a Google or internal review is attached to an appointment, it shows directly under its details. The arrow at the top of the section takes you to all the client's appointments in the calendar, for a wider view.
In a multi-artist studio, each appointment shows a chip indicating which artist handled it.
Consent form history
Right after appointments, you'll find the consent forms linked to this client, sorted by appointment. Each row shows the appointment's reason, its date, and a signed or pending badge. Consent forms with no linked appointment appear as "walk-in."
A pending row is clickable directly from the record: it opens the signature panel, without having to go find the appointment elsewhere.
Edge cases
You don't see any appointments even though the client has had some. Check the active filters at the top of the section: an overly narrow status or period filter can hide the history. Reset them to "all" to start fresh.
A review doesn't appear under the right appointment. The review is automatically linked to the matching appointment. If it's missing, it may not have synced yet, or it isn't associated with this specific client.
You want to sign a pending consent form without keeping the client waiting. Click directly on the "pending" row in the record: the signature panel opens without leaving the page, handy in the booth.
You're looking for all of the client's appointments, not just the five shown. The list is paginated to five items per page in the record. Use the arrows at the bottom of the section, or go through the header arrow to see everything in the calendar.
