How do I book a slot with a tattoo artist?

Book your appointment straight from your artist's booking page: pick a duration, a date, then an available slot in a few clicks.

Updated on July 3, 2026

You book directly from your artist's online booking page (the link they share in their bio or on their website). Pick the duration you need, a date, then a free slot: no account and no phone call needed.

Where to find the booking page

Every artist or studio has a personal booking link, something like sweb.so/book/.... You'll usually find it:

  • in the artist's Instagram or TikTok bio,
  • on their website or contact page,
  • in a message they sent you directly.

Open the link: you'll land on a page introducing the artist or studio, with a button to start booking.

The 3 steps of booking

The flow has three simple steps.

  1. Duration. Depending on the service you picked, a duration is already suggested (for example for a flash piece or a specific project). You can adjust it if needed.
  2. Date. A calendar appears. Days with no available slot for that duration are greyed out, you can only select a day where your artist has room.
  3. Time slot. A list of free times that day is shown. Pick the one that suits you.

Once you've confirmed all three steps, your slot request is sent to the artist.

After you pick your slot

Depending on how the artist has set up their page, there are two possible outcomes.

  • A deposit is required: you'll get a payment link to settle it before the appointment is fully confirmed. See Why and how do I pay a deposit?
  • No deposit is required: your appointment is confirmed right away.

Either way, you'll receive a confirmation with your appointment details.

If no slot works for you

If the calendar shows no availability soon, or none of the times suit you, contact your artist directly (their details are on their page or in your previous messages). They can let you know when their schedule opens up next.

What to prepare before booking

Before you confirm your slot, think about what you want to get tattooed: the body area, an approximate size, the style you're after. It'll also help you talk it through with your artist at the appointment. See How do I describe my project to my artist?

If you're unsure about availability, duration, or the price shown, talk to your artist directly before confirming: only they know the exact details of their schedule and rates.
