How do I track my revenue against the micro-entrepreneur threshold?
Use the revenue indicators in the Finance dashboard and analytics to track your progress, checking against the official thresholds of the micro-entrepreneur regime.
Updated on July 3, 2026
Sweb shows your revenue in real time in Finance and in Analytics, but it doesn't calculate your position against the micro-entrepreneur regime's threshold for you. To track your revenue, cross-check Sweb's KPIs with the official thresholds currently in force, available from URSSAF or your accountant.
Where to see your revenue in Sweb
The Finance dashboard shows a revenue KPI at the top of the page, with its trend over the selected period. It's your fastest entry point for a recent figure.
In Analytics > Overview, you'll find revenue with its trend curve over the chosen period, along with the average ticket size and the number of appointments. You can adjust the date range to reconstruct your running total for the current year, service by service or artist by artist if you run a studio.
Why Sweb doesn't show a threshold counter
The micro-entrepreneur regime's threshold varies by activity and changes by decree. A number hardcoded into the app would quickly risk being wrong or outdated. Sweb gives you the real figures for your activity, it's up to you to check them against the threshold that applies to your situation.
How to check your actual threshold
The micro-entrepreneur regime's revenue threshold is set by the French tax authorities and can change from one year to the next. Always check the current amount directly on URSSAF's website or with your accountant rather than relying on a number from memory, to avoid an unpleasant surprise if you go over.
Edge cases
You run a studio with several artists and aren't sure which figure to track. Each independent artist tracks their own revenue for their own tax regime. Filter analytics by artist to isolate your activity if you invoice under your own name.
You think you're approaching the threshold partway through the year. Talk to your accountant before you go over rather than after: the consequences (regime change, VAT) are easier to anticipate than to fix afterward.
You want an exact figure for a specific period for your filing. The accounting export gives you the detail of entries over the date range you choose, more reliable for a filing than a quick read of the dashboard.
