How do I keep my medical waste register (DASRI)?

Log your infectious healthcare waste tracking slips (BSD) and your sanitary inspections from Finance > DASRI, with export and PDF included.

Updated on July 3, 2026

You keep your medical waste register (French regulation: DASRI, infectious healthcare waste) from Finance > DASRI: a table listing your waste tracking slips (BSD), with the option to create a new one, log a pickup, and generate the PDF for each slip. A second screen, Inspections, centralizes your sanitary checks.

Why this register exists

Tattooing produces infectious healthcare waste, needles, soiled consumables, that follows a regulated disposal chain. Sweb structures your traceability so you can easily find every slip and every inspection, without juggling paper and spreadsheets. This article stays factual about what the tool records: for the exact regulatory obligations that apply to your business, refer to your local health authority (in France, the ARS) or your disposal provider.

The slip register

On /finance/dasri, you view the list of your existing slips. For each slip, you can:

  • Create a new record when your waste is picked up.
  • Log a pickup for an existing slip.
  • Open the detail view of a slip to check its information.
  • Generate the PDF of the slip, useful for archiving or sharing it.

Sanitary inspections

On /finance/dasri/inspections, you log your inspections and view compliance stats. Each inspection carries a result, compliant, compliant with reservations, non-compliant, or upcoming, and an overseeing authority (in France: ARS, internal check, or DREAL). The page's counters automatically group compliant and compliant-with-reservations on one side, non-compliant on the other, to give you a quick view of where you stand.

What this register is not

The medical waste register is a hygiene regulatory surface, separate from your register's NF525 fiscal compliance. It is not attached to the fiscal sealing chain: it's a traceability tool for your waste and your inspections, not a fiscal document.

Edge cases

You're just starting out and have no slips yet. The table stays empty until your first entry, nothing stops you from starting to use it from your first pickup.

You want to share the history with your accountant or an inspector. Use the register export or the PDF for each individual slip.

You're not sure which authority to attach to an inspection. The choice is between ARS, internal check, or DREAL depending on who carried out the inspection; if in doubt, check the document handed to you during the inspection.

The medical waste register is accessible from the Finance dashboard, alongside your other regulatory registers such as the REACH ink register or your hygiene certifications.
