From the calendar toolbar, switch between **Week** view and **Day** view using the selector at the top of the grid. Move from one period to another with the arrows, jump back to the current day with **Today**, or click the displayed date to open the mini calendar and jump straight to a specific day.

## Switch between week and day view

**Week** view shows a 7-day grid with each day's time slots: it's the default view when you open the calendar. **Day** view focuses on a single day. As a solo artist, it displays as one column. If several artists in your studio are visible, it shows one column per artist, so you can compare their schedules at a glance.

## Navigate through time

Several ways to move around the calendar.

- The **previous / next** arrows in the toolbar, to move a period backward or forward.
- The **Today** button, which takes you straight back to the current date.
- The **mini calendar**, opened by clicking the displayed date: it lets you jump to any day of the month.
- **Continuous scroll** on the grid (trackpad, mouse wheel, or touch on mobile), which scrolls through weeks or days one after another.

## Choose which artists show up

In the "Artists" sidebar (visible if your studio has more than one artist), check or uncheck each artist to show or hide their column in the grid. Each artist has a color dot that stays the same everywhere in the calendar, so you can spot them easily. The same block also lets you turn on the display of ranges outside opening hours, normally grayed out.

## Edge cases

**You're the only one in your studio.** The artists sidebar stays minimal: day view displays directly as a single column, with nothing to select.

**You can't find an artist in the sidebar.** Check that they're actually part of your team: only artists added to your studio show up in the filterable resource list.

**A day with no appointments looks empty.** The time grid still shows normally, ready to take a new appointment on any free slot. Only a day blocked entirely (day off) shows a dedicated message instead of the grid.
